01How it runs

Three days.One winner.

Slovak Roasting Masters Bratislava 2026 consists of a training day, the competition roast and the awards ceremony.

  • 01Mandatory

    Friday · 6 Nov

    Training

A 5-hour training session on the competition Aillio Bullet roaster and the RoasTime software. Held in English.

  • 02Competition

    Saturday · 7 Nov

    Live roasting

Each roaster has 30 minutes to analyze the competition coffee, plan the roasting and fill out their Roast Plan. They will also mark the expected flavor profile on the score sheet, which the jury will compare with their evaluation. The actual roasting will then take place on the Aillio Bullet R2 competition roaster. Each roaster has 70 minutes and can make one to three roasts and choose one of them to be evaluated.

  • 03Results

    Sunday · 8 Nov

    Judging

A closed cupping by the jury, an open cupping for competitors and the results announced on the festival stage at 2 p.m.

02Competition tasks

Two tasks.One sample.

Every roaster gets the same mystery bean and the same conditions. The result is down to you alone.
